Attention all vendors and demonstrators!
We're thrilled to announce our upcoming Heritage Festival, a celebration of the captivating Appalachian culture and history that has shaped our community. This is your opportunity to be part of an extraordinary event that honors the traditions and stories passed down through generations.

  • 📍 Location: Museum of Scott County, 400 Scott High Dr., Huntsville, TN

We're seeking passionate vendors and demonstrators to showcase their Appalachian-inspired goods and share their expertise with festival-goers. If you specialize in any of the following, we warmly invite you to join us:

Vendors: Do you offer unique Appalachian crafts, handmade products, or locally sourced goods? Display your treasures and connect with visitors who appreciate the beauty and authenticity of the region. Let your Appalachian spirit shine!

Vendor Fees:

  • Craft/Artisan Vendors = $50
  • Craft/Artisan Vendors needing electric = $75
    *** Limited spaces available with no guarantee to receive a spot.
    *** Fee can be waived if an item is donated of equivalent value to the auction
  • Food Vendors = $100

Demonstrators: Do you possess traditional Appalachian skills, such as weaving, woodworking, or storytelling? Engage our audience with interactive demonstrations that bring the essence of Appalachian culture to life. Help us preserve and celebrate our heritage!
