The Scott County School Director of Nutrition will be doing a Substitute Cook Training on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. This training is for returning sub cooks and new sub cooks.

• This will be a four-hour training starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Central Office in Huntsville (downstairs).
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Returning sub cooks that worked during the 2024-2025 school year must attend this training, to be placed back on the 2025-2026 sub cook list for the upcoming school year.
• Anyone interested in becoming a new sub cook for the 2025-2026 school year will need to fill out and return an application and complete the sub cook packet before attending the training on July 30, 2025.
• This is for Sub Cooks only.
