Schools across the nation participated in Read Across America week last week, and the Scott County School District was a proud part of that. Each of the county’s elementary schools- Burchfield, Fairview, Huntsville, Robbins, and Winfield- held week-long celebrations to promote the importance of literacy and a life-long love of reading.
