Department of Education Voluntary Pre-K Family Survey
This survey is for families of children in the Voluntary Pre-K Program (VPK) only to provide important feedback regarding your child’s VPK participation, including in areas of family engagement, kindergarten readiness activities, and general satisfaction with the program. The information you provide in response to this survey will be used by the Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE) and VPK programs to continuously improve the VPK experience for enrolled children and their families.
This survey is voluntary, but participation is strongly encouraged, as this is a great way for the TDOE and VPK programs to hear your voice about your experience. Please only submit one survey per VPK family by May 30, 2023.
