REGISTRATION
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Pre-K: Four years old on or before August 15, 2025
- Pre-K enrollment: first priority will be given to four year-olds and children who meet 2025 US Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines.
- Kindergarten: Five years old on or before August 15, 2025.
PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION:
- Birth Certificate
- Permanent Tennessee Certificate of Immunization
- Tennessee School Entry Medical Examination Form
- Proof of Income
