Scott High School is proud to announce the Class of 2025 Top Honor Grads.  The Top Academic Students were featured in the February 13th E-Edition of the Independent Herald on pages 26 & 27.

SHS Class of 2025 Top Honor Grads

Valedictorian Logan Dyer is the son of Bill and Brittany Dyer of Huntsville. He is a four-year member of the Highlander Soccer team and Honors program. He is a three-year member of Beta Club. Logan attends Christ Church Episcopal in Rugby. He plans to attend Roane State Community College and then transfer to a university.

Valedictorian Lucas Dyer is the son of Bill and Brittany Dyer of Huntsville. He is a four-year member of the Highlander Soccer team and Honors program. He is a three-year member of Beta Club. Lucas attends Christ Church Episcopal in Rugby. He plans to attend Roane State Community College and transfer to Tennessee Tech to obtain an engineering degree.

Valedictorian Landon Harness is the son of Brice Harness and Tia Harness of Pioneer. He is a four-year member of the Highlander Soccer team and Honors program. He is a three-year member of Beta Club. Landon is a member of Annadell United Baptist Church. He plans to attend Tennessee Tech to obtain an electrical engineering degree.

Valedictorian Camren Hickman is the son of Jama and Brian Hickman of Helenwood. He is a four-year member of the Honors program and three-year member of Beta Club. He is a one-year member of the Highlander Track team. Camren plans to attend Tennessee Tech to become an electrical engineer.

Valedictorian Avery Miller is the daughter of Jason and Delilah Miller of Robbins. She is a four-year member of Envirothon and three-year member of the Hosa Club. Avery is a two-year member of the Highlander Track team, Beta Club, FCCLA, tutor for One Room Schoolhouse on Wheels, and YSLI Junior Board Member. She is also the first-place winner of the Washington Youth Tour Short Story contest. Avery plans to attend Roane State Community College and then transfer to a university to become an elementary school teacher.

Valedictorian Isabella Sharpe is the daughter of Matthew and Robin Sharpe of Sunbright. She is a four-year member of the Lady Highlander Soccer team and Highlander Track team. She was recognized as 2nd Team All-District for soccer her sophomore, junior, and senior years. She is a three-year member of the Highlander Cheer team where she was recognized as All- American her junior and senior years. She is a two-year member of the Highlander Cross Country team. Isabella is also a member of the Beta Club, Student Council, and HOSA Club. She attends First Presbyterian Church of Huntsville and helps with the soup kitchen. Isabella plans to attend MTSU to earn a degree and then attend LMU to earn her doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Valedictorian Torianna Swinson is the daughter of Mandy and Christopher Swinson of Robbins. She is a three-year member of the Beta Club and the Highlander Track team. She is a two-year member of the FCCLA. Torianna volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club, Scott County Middle School Track meets, and trash clean ups for Scott County. She attends Helenwood Baptist Church where she assists teaching a Wednesday church service for children. Torianna plans to obtain a Masters in Psychology at the University of Tennessee and become a Clinical Therapist.

Valedictorian Scarlett Wells is the daughter of Kandy Wells and Jeremy Wells of Oneida. She is a four-year member of the Marching Highlanders and SWAT club. She is a three-year member of the Student Council, HOSA club, and STAND Coalition. She is a two-year member of the Beta Club, Black Oak Baptist Youth Ministry, and STAND YSLI Board. She was the Drum Major for the Marching Highlanders and a Section Leader for one year. Scarlett is a member of the National Honor Society. She plans to attend Tennessee Tech to earn a BSN and become a travel nurse.

Salutatorian Kynlie Frogge is the daughter of Travis and Lana Frogge and Mary and Shane Keeton of Oneida. She is a four-year member of the Highlander Softball team, Beta Club, and Honors program. She is a three-year member of the Lady Highlander Soccer team where she was recognized as the 1st Team All District. She attends White Rock Baptist Church. Kynlie volunteers at the Robbins food pantry and Clays for Children. She plans to attend college and become a teacher.

Salutatorian Ruger Garrett is the daughter of Jeremiah and Allison Garrett of Helenwood. She is a member of the National Honors Society. She attends White Rock Baptist Church. Ruger plans to attend The Cumberlands to become a pediatrician.

Salutatorian Chloe Lowe is the daughter of Mark and Lesley Lowe of Huntsville. She is a four-year member of the National Honor Society and a three-year member of the Beta Club and FCCLA. She is also a two-year member of the Lady Highlander Soccer team and HOSA Club. She attends Byrams Fork Baptist Church of Andersonville, TN. Chloe plans to attend the University of Tennessee to pursue a degree in Nursing.

Salutatorian Abigayle Schilke is the daughter of Pamela and Richard Schilke of Huntsville. She is a three-year member of Upward Bound and a two-year member of Beta Club, Color Guard, Envirothon, and the Highlander Track team. She is also a board member of STAND’s Y.S.LI. Abigayle plans to attend college.

Salutatorian Hannah Yancey is the daughter of Seth and Danielle Yancey of Helenwood. She is a three-year member of the Lady Highlander Basketball team and Lady Highlander Softball team. She is also a member of the Beta and Deca Club. She attends Hope City Church. Hannah plans to attend Roane State Community College.
