Career Technical Education trains students in skill-based education. CTE begins working with identifying student interests in the 5th grade and continues to work to vertically align students in career path's they are most interested in. CTE career clusters and programs of study are aligned with regional job market needs and should help provide students with job opportunities and community partners with a continual supply of potential employees. Our school system has Post-Secondary partners in place with Tennessee College of Applied Technology and Roane State to offer students Early Post-secondary Opportunities (EPSO) while in high school.  Career Technical Education trains students in skill-based education.
